If device MAC is added to init_cfg.json, it has to be done using intermediate file. We cannot redirect to same file while trying to read from it because it will be truncated first. Signed-off-by: marian-pritsak <marianp@mellanox.com>

functionality to work.
1. Boot the image onto an Arista T2 chassis.
2. Reboot the supervisor via the `reboot` CLI utility.
3. Log into a linecard and verify that the reboot cause shows "Reboot
from Supervisor".
